1. Platform role
Snapp provides software that quotes, orchestrates, and tracks cross-border remittance instructions from the United States to the Dominican Republic. We are not a bank. Settlement and payout are performed by independent Authorized Providers under their own licenses and agreements with you or with us.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to send money in your jurisdiction, complete identity verification when required, and use the service only for lawful personal or family remittance purposes.
3. Quotes and fees
Quotes itemize the transfer fee and FX spread separately. All-in cost on the US → DR corridor is capped at 3% of the send amount. A quote is valid only for its stated TTL; funding after expiry requires a new quote.
4. Tracking
Tracking links identify a transfer by code. Anyone with the link can view status. Do not share codes with people who should not see transfer details.
